CBN Digital Currency Goes Live for eNaira Launch

The e-Naira CBN Digital Currency Portal has been made accesible and it is awaiting its official launch. The central bank of Nigeria(CBN) announced its digital currency known as e-Naira.

This digital currency is meant to make peer to peer transfer, as well as for payment for goods and sercvices easier among Nigerians. According to CBN, October 1st 2021 was suppose to be the launching date but it was later postponed till further notice.
